Oh, special dispensations handed out for the infirm...bloody typical.
I do recall something about nakedness, a lot of kissing, licking and sucking before a lot of grunting, groaning and finally a lot of loud humping, intense breathing and then a lot of spasming, crying out, urgent gyrations, and finally heavy breathing, soft conversations about a deity and then lots of cuddling...
Is that the sort of thing?
